Complaints Procedure
Mistakes and misunderstandings can take place. It is hoped that simply contact with Links2Lincs will resolve any issues that may occur. However if not then the following procedure should be followed.
Step One.
Please put in writing the nature of your complaint, stating dates, who was involved and your contact details including alternate telephone contacts and email to:

Stage 2.
We will attempt to respond, by telephone within 24 hours of the working week of receipt, and confirm receipt either by email or post within 72 hours.
This confirmation will respond to your complaint in a positive way and detail any agreement to move forward or resolve the issue from the telephone conversation that immediately followed the initial receipt of your complaint.
Stage 3.
Should, in what we hope is a most rare occasion, we are not able to resolve the issue to a satisfactory conclusion then all correspondences made and received will be forwarded to our accreditation company for their awareness and your on going complaint.
