• Order HIP from Premises.

3.  Create:

• Web Page

• Floor Plan

• Virtual Tours

• Brochure

• Email Address

• Property Ad

• Gain Client Approval /Amend

4.  On Receipt of Short HIP:

(Approx 4-7 Days after Initial Visit)

Property Owner (Client) Markets Property by:

• L2B Informs (Tel) & Email Client the Short HIP

• L2B Starts Property Ads

• Make Web Page Live

• Client Erect "For Sale" Board

• L2B Monitor Calls/Email

5.  On Receipt of Full HIP

(Approx 4 weeks from Initial Visit:

• Upload HIP to Web Page & email Full HIP to Client.

• L2B continues monitoring Calls/Emails.

• L2B available for ongoing marketing / negotiating advice.
