It is a multi page document giving information and individual grades based on recorded Internal Sq Metres ( Helps relate price to size) of the accommodation. It then relates this size to; Construction, Insulation, Heating, Heating Control, Hot Water Heating, Control and Lighting, giving a "Heads Up" on property condition plus guidance on energy saving recommendations. This will help any interested party to save energy, thereby, save money and lead the way for individuals to consider their impact on the environment. Residential Energy Performance Certificates (DEA - EPC)
* Required when any Domestic property is being marketed, regardless if selling or renting privately. * Assessment takes around 30 mins. to an hour depending on property size. * The Certificate is valid for 3 years if selling or 10 years if renting.
