However it will not be for everyone. You will need confidence,
personal security, selling knowledge and Internet security awareness and
of course time and availability. If you feel you tick all those

Chain Checks.
Probably the most important element to be processed before Agreeing
a Sale.

Accepting an Offer does
not mean your Sale is secure. Rejecting an Offer does not mean
you will not get another.

"Sold Subject to
Contract". This is the legal term for when you Agree a Sale
and Instruct Solicitors. You will need to produce a
"Sales Memorandum".

Solicitors when you have a Sale that can proceed.

Before instructing a
Solicitor, shop around. L2B can offer an On-Line service for
this also.

The Sale can still
collapse for any such reason. It is not until Contracts are
Exchanged that you have a Legally Binding Sale.

It is only after your
Solicitors "Exchange Contracts" (A legally binding condition) that
you can eventually relax before "Completion" (Another legal binding
term).

It is normal to
"Complete" within about two weeks of "Exchange of Contracts"
although can be more or less. These two weeks give a practical
time frame for arranging removals etc.

You must hand over the
Keys on the Day of "Completion" when your Buyers Funds have been
received by your Solicitor.
