Most agents display property's through many websites, Rightmove is the most popular and possible the most visited.  Any agent who is a member of Rightmove has what is described as administrative rights, and probably to most other websites also.  These administrative rights give the agent the ability to add external links from your property page within Rightmove to an external page such as this page.

So, make your HIP and EPC plus any other marketing information you have commissioned either through your Agent or the comprehensive Links2Lincs "Property Pre Marketing Services" work for you.  It is not enough just to put a property on the market..........Remember :
